Men Charged In Fraternity Hazing Death Of Pledge Whose Blood-Alcohol Level Was 6 Times The Legal Limit

Nine men have been charged in the hazing death of a Florida State University student. According to CNN, the nine are affiliated with the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, the organization that hosted the off-campus party where 20-year-old pledge Andrew Coffey died.

The men — Luke Kluttz, 22, Clayton M. Muehlstein, 22, Brett Birmingham, 20, Conner Ravelo, 21, Christopher Hamlin, 20, Anthony Petagine, 21, Anthony Oppenheimer, 21, John Ray, 21, and Kyle Bauer, 21 — have not been officially arrested. It is unclear if they have made official statements at this time.

On November 2, Coffey attended a party in Tallahassee called “Big Brother Night” at the frat house. The next day, he was found unresponsive without a pulse. Another Pi Kappa Phi pledge found him, and instead of reaching out to authorities, he reportedly texted five fraternity brothers. No one called the police for 11 minutes, according to court records. He was given medical treatment,

Everything We Know About Penn Student Blaze Bernstein, Whose Body Was Discovered In A California Park

The body of college student Blaze Bernstein has been discovered after an exhaustive search had been executed following his disappearance. Now, information about the case is slowly being revealed.

Bernstein vanished after allegedly meeting with a friend at Borrego Park in Southern California at around 11pm on January 2nd. He had been home from school for winter break. The friend who was with him before the disappearance is not being considered a suspect in the case.

Amateur drone users were offering assistance in the search for Bernstein.

“It’s going to take a lot of time to go through all the data they collected.” said Jeanne Pepper Bernstein, Blaze’s mother. “We are only just beginning. The world is a big place and we are hunting aggressively for answers.”

“The only thing I can think of is that maybe he was abducted,” Jeanne had said to NBC. “I can’t figure out why anybody

Hollywood’s Biggest Cold Case: The Black Dahlia, Whose Corpse Was Drained Of Blood And Cut In Half

The unsolved murder of the Black Dahlia remains one of Hollywood’s most infamous cold cases. On January 15, 1947, the body of  22-year-old Elizabeth Short was discovered in a vacant lot near Los Angeles’ Leimert Park. The aspiring actress’ corpse was drained of blood and scrubbed clean. Her remains were so pale they looked like a mannequin. She was mutilated and even cut in half. According to Hélèna Katz’ 2010 book Cold Cases: Famous Unsolved Mysteries, Crimes, and Disappearances in America, her body was posed. There was no blood around her body, indicating that she was moved there from elsewhere. Short herself had moved to Hollywood to chase her dreams only to have her life ended so gruesomely.

A Los Angeles Police Department detective who worked on the Dahlia case said, “I just can’t imagine someone doing that to another human being.” He said Short’s death made front-page news in

Traumatized Woman Whose Rapist Was Granted Joint Custody Speaks Out About ‘Crazy’ Decision

The woman whose rapist was given joint custody of their child has spoken out about the ruling. After the mother applied for state benefits, a Michigan judge signed an order, without the victim’s knowledge, to allow Christopher Mirasolo joint custody of their son. Mirasolo, 27, has been convicted of rape twice, according to the Independent. The victim in this case was raped when she was just 12 and when Mirasolo was 19. Mirasolo took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to MLive. He spent a year in jail.

The woman’s lawyer called the ruling insane.

“The judge also restricted the child’s domicile and residence, disclosed the rape victim’s home address to her rapist, and ordered his name on the birth certificate – all without the mother’s consent or any opportunity to be heard,” Rebecca Kiessling told Detroit News.

The woman, now 21, has

Man Whose Pic Attending White Supremacist Rally Went Viral Responds To Backlash: ‘I’m Not An Angry Racist’

One of the white nationalists photographed carrying a torch in the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville claims he is not “an angry racist.”

Twenty-year-old Peter Cvjetanovic, a history and political science major at the University of Nevada, had his identity outed by the Twitter account @yesyoureracist after photos of him went viral.

“I did not expect the photo to be shared as much as it was. I understand the photo has a very negative connotation,” Cvjetanovic said in an interview with Channel 2 News, “But I hope that the people sharing the photo are willing to listen that I’m not the angry racist they see in that photo.”

He complained that has received “graphic and violent” death threats.

“I will defend tooth and nail my views as a white nationalist,” Cvjetanovic told USA Today. “I love my culture and will fight for it, but never in a violent way.”

He defended
