Video of a pathetic robbery attempt has gone viral this week and it’s kind of hard to watch. Last year, a man entered a Houston business with the intent to rob it. He got locked inside instead and ended up begging to be set free. He even tried to shoot his way out.
The suspect got locked inside the business, thanks to a quick-thinking employee, Houston police said in a statement. The video, released by the police department, shows attempted robber John Bell, 22, whining.
“I’m stuck,” he exclaimed.
The clip details his panic.
“I’m going to jail,” he said. Then, he pleaded with someone outside to let him out.
“Please. Please. Please. I’m sorry. Please.”
Not long before he begs to be let out, Bell can be seen trying to shoot the door handle off. He also tried to open the door by throwing his body against it.
Eventually, he was let out but he

Surveillance video captured a shocking incident in Campo Limpo Paulista, Brazil on Saturday. Two men wearing hoodies stormed a pharmacy, announcing that they were about to rob the establishment.
But, shopping inside was off-duty Sao Paulo police sergeant, Rafael Souza, who was carrying his infant child. One of the armed men pointed a gun at Souza. Souza then pulled his own gun, Brazilian paper Estadao reports. He then got into a 25-second running gun battle with the men.
In the now-viral video Souza shoots at the men while keeping an eye on his wife, who took shelter behind one of the store’s aisles, the Washington Post reports. Her hands are over her ears. His wife reaches out for their child and Souza stops shooting at the men for a brief moment in time to hand the infant to his wife. Then, he resumes gunfire.
In the end, both armed robbers, Jefferson

A woman cried racism after she was unable to order French fries in a Taco Bell. The bizarre incident was caught on video, which has since gone viral.
“I just literally want a medium French fries from the dollar menu,” the woman tells the cashier in the video.
The Taco Bell employee responds, “French fries? We don’t sell French fries.”
“You’re Burger King. You don’t sell French fries?” the woman asks.
“You think you’re in Burger King. This is Taco Bell. Welcome to Taco Bell…we don’t sell French fries.”
At this point, the woman becomes upset and turns around to talk to other customers. She makes the shocking statement: “This is racism at its f—king finest.”
Nobody seems to agree with her. One customer says “It’s not, girl,” while another calls her “ignorant as f—k.”
The woman grows emotional as she recounts ‘Do you sell French fries?’ And she said nothing to me. She just looked at

Following a “White Lives Matter” rally in central Tennessee, a group of demonstrators attacked an interracial couple at a bar brawl. Video of the attack is now circulating on social media.
According to Splinter News, the white supremecist rally originally scheduled was quickly called off when counter-protestors outnumbered the overtly racist agitators by three to one. The bigoted demonstrations dispersed but the members spilled into local bars.
A witness described the situation on Facebook:
“I went to Brentwood this evening to escape the rally chaos in Murfreesboro,” says Annelise Werme in her post. “Guess who showed up at the restaurant I was at. I recognized them as soon as they walked in, and I wondered if anyone else there knew. These guys, maybe 20 of them, dressed in all black, paraded through to an adjoining room, and immediately started harassing a biracial couple there. It broke out into a huge

On Friday, police released dozens of police reports and witness statements regarding the death of Kenneka Jenkins, which address several of the rumors surrounding her death last month. The 19-year-old was found dead in a hotel’s industrial walk-in freezer in Rosemont, Illinois after attending a party on the ninth floor of the hotel with friends a day and a half earlier.
Her death was ruled an accident earlier this month. The medical examiner’s office blamed hypothermia, “cold exposure in a walk-in freezer.” “Ethanol and topiramate intoxication” contributed to her tragic death, the findings concluded. Topiramate is medication used for epilepsy and migraine treatment. According to CNN, an autopsy found stomach lesions consistent with hypothermia.
The newly released police documents reveal how Jenkins seemed sad. She drank cognac heavily and then seemingly wandered off after her friends left her in a hallway, according to the Chicago Tribune. The reports

The Utah officer caught on video aggressively arrested nurse for refusing to draw blood from an unconscious patient back in July, was previously disciplined for sexually harassing a female co-worker.
According to the Associated Press, an internal affairs investigations by Salt Lake City police have confirmed allegations that Detective Jeff Payne harassed a fellow employee in a “severe and persistent” way back in 2013. That harassment consisted of unwanted physical contact and a disparaging email.
Payne also faced a vehicle-chase complaint from the Utah Highway Patrol in 1995. That resulted in a two-week suspension without pay, according to records. In that incident, the officer who spent 27 years with the police department “violated the police code of ethics on cooperation with other officers and courtesy toward other agencies,” according to documents.
Payne’s discipline history was released after the Associated Press and other media outlets requested a public-records request.
The nurse who was arrested,

One of the three Gainesville, Florida “hot cops” whose photo went viral during Hurricane Irma is under investigation after anti-semitic posts were allegedly found on his Facebook page.
According to The Gainesville Sun, Michael Hamill, 28, (pictured, center) made a post in 2011 that read, “so i find it funny that people will talk about how our government needs to do something about our economy and in reality its YOU who needs to stop taking advantage of our system and get a life and so something with your life. Gotta love reality when it hits you in the face. Stupid people annoy me. Put them in an oven and deal with them the Hitler way. Haha.”
In another post, made in 2013, Hamill credited “Jewish jokes” for helping him sleep at night.

One of the white nationalists photographed carrying a torch in the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville claims he is not “an angry racist.”
Twenty-year-old Peter Cvjetanovic, a history and political science major at the University of Nevada, had his identity outed by the Twitter account @yesyoureracist after photos of him went viral.
“I did not expect the photo to be shared as much as it was. I understand the photo has a very negative connotation,” Cvjetanovic said in an interview with Channel 2 News, “But I hope that the people sharing the photo are willing to listen that I’m not the angry racist they see in that photo.”
He complained that has received “graphic and violent” death threats.
“I will defend tooth and nail my views as a white nationalist,” Cvjetanovic told USA Today. “I love my culture and will fight for it, but never in a violent way.”

After being terminated from Google, engineer James Damore is speaking out about allegations that he’s sexist.
The 28-year-old’s “anti-diversity manifesto”—a lengthy memo that outlined his reasoning that there are genetic differences in women that explain their underrepresention in Silicon Valley—went viral and was met with criticism within and outside Google.
As The Washington Post shares, Damore has given interviews since his termination to defend his stance and reputation. “I’m not saying that any of the female engineers at Google are in any way worse than the average male engineer,” Damore told Stefan Molyneux, host of “Freedomain Radio.” “I’m just saying that this may explain some of the disparity in representation in the population.”
He then told Bloomberg TV, “The whole point of my memo was to improve Google and Google’s culture and they just punished me and shamed me for doing it,” he said. “I’m not a sexist.”
Damore filed a complaint with the National Labor
