Marcia Eubank told family members her husband Howard had moved to Texas six months ago. Text messages on his social media accounts said, “I will reach out to people when I’m ready to. Please don’t try to contact me I need some time for myself.” However, when their son discovered a maggot-ridden crate of human remains inside a locked room in his parent’s house, Marcia sang a different tune. “I killed your Dad,” she texted her son, according to People magazine.
The 49-year-old from Coventry Township, Ohio, was arraigned on aggravated murder charges on Wednesday, December 13. According to the website Cleveland.com, she told police she shot her husband twice in the head, before dismembering his body and stashing the remains in storage containers throughout the house. Texts have emerged in the case of the Utah teen who allegedly helping a 16-year-old girl commit suicide.
Tyerell Przybycien, 18, texted a friend, expressing giddiness to watch somebody die, prosecutors allege.
“It be awesome,” he wrote, according to Inside Edition. “Be like getting away with murder.”
Turns out Przybycien will actually be tried with murder. He has been charged with murder and failure to report a dead body. On Tuesday, a judge made a ruling that he will stand trial for Jchandra Brown’s death, stating that it is “reasonable to infer” that Przybycine intended to cause Brown’s death and that she would not have died without his help.
“Because the probable cause standard at preliminary hearings is low, and because all reasonable inferences are viewed in a light most favorable to the State, the Court finds there is reasonable belief that [Przybycien’s] conduct meets the elements of murder,” Judge James Brady said

Forty-one-year-old Matthew Stubbendieck took authorities to the woods where 38-year-old Alicia Wilemon-Sullivan cut her own wrists. But as the NY Daily News reports, an autopsy showed that her body showed no signs of cancer.
Wilemon-Sullivan reportedly told her boyfriend that the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes of her neck, armpit and stomach, per court records. The autopsy showed that she didn’t have any cancer or tumors in her body. According to an affidavit in Cass County, Wilemon-Sullivan visited her boyfriend in July and planned on committing suicide because she said that “she wanted to die in his arms.”
The couple reportedly went to Acapulco Lake, where they stayed for several hours as Wilemon-Sullivan tried to kill herself. Authorities said Stubbendieck tried to suffocate his girlfriend twice, but stopped because she appeared to be suffering. he left

A woman, who has now fled her home state of Indiana, is accused of trying to kill her baby niece by putting Excedrin in her bottle of breast milk.
Sarai Rodriguez-Miranda, 19, allegedly poisoned the milk in January because she was upset that she had to share her home with her brother’s new family, according to CBS News.
The teen was charged on Monday with attempted murder, and remained at large Thursday. Police believe she ran away to Michigan after learning she was being looked at as a suspect in the murder attempt.
The baby, who was just 11 weeks old at the time of the incident, was not hurt. However, according to court documents, there was enough Excedrin tablets in the milk to kill an adult. Police believe that Rodriguez-Miranda was angry that her brother, his fiancée and their daughter moved in with her and her mother. She was allegedly annoyed
