A sheriff’s deputy saw Hester chopping a white powdery substance on her phone screen with a credit card at about 3:50 p.m. He then saw her use a straw to snort the substance.
After performing a field test of the substance, it was determined that it tested positive for cocaine.
The woman had .5 grams of cocaine in her bag.
According to Fox 43, it’s unclear if Hester has a child that attended the school. She was arrested for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
