One contestant on The Bachelor shocked everyone when her mom reported her missing while she was on the reality show. Now, 23-year-old Bekah Martinez explains why her mother filed a missing persons report on her whereabouts. According to the New York Daily News, she tells Good Morning America that it was as all a “misunderstanding” and she was just in the mountains after filming the dating reality show.

The toxicology report has been released in the sudden death of rapper Lil Peep. According to CBS News, the 21-year-old died in Tucson, Arizona from a combination of the pain medications. Following rumors of an overdose, a criminal investigation was initially opened to investigate. His death has now been ruled as accidental.
As previously reported, the rapper (real name Gustav Ahr) was found dead on November 15 aboard his tour bus. The rising star originally from Long Island was making waves with his emo rap in the music and fashion worlds with debut, Come Over When You’re Sober, Pt. 1. He was slated to perform in Tucson.

A new report from The New Yorker reveals that it’s possible that more than 2,000 serial killers are at large in the United States. Archivist and researcher Thomas Hargrove has been tracking and analyzing data as it pertains to serial killers independently for years now.
Hargrove has been working on the Murder Accountability Project (MAP), a non-profit that collects data on murders and sends it to an algorithm Hargrove created, which he calls his serial killer detector. A serial killing, according to the FBI’s official definition, is the “unlawful killing of two or more victims by the same offender(s), in separate events.”
The F.B.I. believes that less than one percent of murders each year are conducted by serial killers. But, Hargrove thinks that this number is higher.

Chloe Ayling was reportedly caught lying to the police.
The 20-year-old British model made headlines around the world when she was kidnapped and drugged after going to a bogus photo shoot in Milan. She claimed she was held hostage by a group of men who wanted to sell her as part of a human trafficking ring.
According to the The Sun, she reportedly was “caught lying” when questioned by authorities.
The publication shares that Ayling was questioned at length about her horrifying ordeal. At one point, in three separate interviews–which spanned nearly 13 hours–she was asked about the clothes she was wearing. She said the kidnappers gave them to her. But a shopkeeper said that she purchased the shoes with one of the kidnappers, Lukasz Herba (seen below). She apparently burst into tears at this statement, saying, “It is true. I went with him to buy the shoes.’’
