At least five people are fighting over the ownership of Charles Manson’s human remains, and it’s reportedly stressing out authorities. It seems as if even from the grave, Manson is continuing his legacy of creating a deranged circus.
Last month, the murderous cult leader died at the age of 83. According to a California Department of Corrections statement, Manson died of natural causes at a hospital.
Kern County lawyers filed paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, looking for assistance in figuring out where Manson’s corpse should go. The coroner is afraid of releasing his body to the wrong person, the Los Angeles Times reported.
“We have the following problem we’re trying to cope with here: The Department of Corrections asked the Kern County Coroner to receive the body because we have refrigeration and they don’t,” Bryan Walters, a deputy attorney in the county counsel’s office told the Los
Santa Claus is known for bringing holiday cheer, but apparently this burglary suspect didn’t get the memo. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, authorities are seeking the public’s help in nabbing a man caught on video robbing homes while wearing a Santa hat and scarf.
The man was spotted in Studio City area of Los Angeles. He knocked on the front door or rang the doorbell of several homes. When no one answered, he would go to the back of the residences and break a rear door or window to enter.
The intruder then stole money, jewelry and even weapons from the homes inside. Instead of having his trusty reindeers and sleigh to escape, the bad Santa suspect had a getaway driver waiting in a dark sedan.
The video below shows the burglar in action:
“I have no idea why someone would do that unless they have a weird sense of humor, but that’s
David Bruckman of Covington, Kentucky faces numerous charges after being arrested in association with a violent attack on a gay couple. The case may be considered a hate crime.
“I never expected this to be as real as it is, that nowadays there are still so many people that harbor so much hate for somebody because of who they are,” said one of the two victims, who are remaining anonymous.
According to WLWT, Bruckman forced his way into an ex-girlfriend’s residence, destroying her property. Her friends, the aforementioned gay couple, arrived to console her. Bruckman and an associate of his returned to the home after making numerous harassing phone calls, when the two allegedly attacked the couple while screaming homophobic slurs.
The two now are recovering from numerous injuries including broken eye sockets and fractured noses and cheekbones. Surgery will be required for both. They both also report suffering from
“Joseph stated he acted in self-defense by shooting his father, (who) he explained had done bad things,” the police affidavit said. “Joseph said his father became a female to hide his identity to keep from being caught.”
His actual victim, Patience R. Stewart, 28, was reportedly shot multiple times in the face while lying in bed in her camper.
A 7-year-old fired a .77 caliber rifle four times in Minden, Louisiana and injured his aunt in the process.
According to WGNO, the child hit his aunt, 29-year-old Amanda Gibson (seen above), twice on August 18 because he was “hungry.”
Sheriff’s Lt. Scott Tucker says that the family hasn’t given full details on what “set the child off.” They may have covered up the crime and claimed that the gun was dropped twice; something that Tucker doesn’t believe. “I mean, hell, when you shoot me again, you’re firing at somebody,” he says.
Authorities believe that the child removed the rifle from a cabinet and apparently knew how to use it; cocking the lever-action rifle before each shot. One bullet hit the aunt under her right arm and another hit her in the side.
The child’s grandfather, 79-year old Billy Gibson, was arrested on a felony charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile by allowing “easy access to the
Investigators found the body of one of four missing young men in addition to other human remains buried on a Pennsylvania farm, according to the Associated Press. Cadaver dogs led authorities to a 12.5-foot-deep common grave.
The body of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, who is pictured above on the right, was identified. Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub called it a homicide but he did give any more specifics at this time. There are human remains of others in the grave, but police do not yet know how many.
He vowed to “bring each and every one of these lost boys home to their families” during a midnight news conference.
The other men are 22-year-old Mark Sturgis, 21-year-old Tom Meo and 19-year-old Jimi Tar Patrick. One of the missing,

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashianhave been over for a while now, but despite the time that’s passed, Odom still considers how he treated Khloe during their relationship one of his biggest regrets in life.
In a recent interview with Us Magazine, Odom opened up about what really ruined his marriage. Spoiler: it wasn’t just the drugs. Odom explained that it was actually his high profile relationship with Khloe that attracted many women to him, and he took full advantage of that.
“[My relationship with Khloe] opened this gate up with other women who probably wouldn’t have been interested in me. When I became Khloe Kardashian’s man and on TV, it made me look more enticing,” he explained.
“B*tches and THOTs came out of the woodwork,” he continued. “If there is one thing I regret when I was married, it was having multiple affairs with different women. That wasn’t the stand-up thing
