A teenager was killed moments after texting her boyfriend a sweet message. 19-year-old Angelina Holloway of Citrus County, Florida was killed after texting her boyfriend and then hitting a tree. On April 18, 2016, she was driving home when she sent her boyfriend a loving note.
At 2:11pm, she wrote: “I can’t wait to see you this weekend!” Moments later, she veered off of the road. That’s when she crashed her car into a tree and died on impact.
Her family is now dealing with the sad aftermath. “It was devastating because she knew better,” said Marvalene Corlett. “When I found her phone the next day, it was in the rubble in her car under everything,”

Donald Trump is no stranger to Twitter tirades. The President took to social media yesterday for a series of disparate tweets but it’s one tweet against Hillary Clinton that has many stunned. As Vox shares, Trump retweeted a GIF showing himself hitting Clinton with a golf ball.
“Donald Trump’s amazing golf swing #CrookedHillary,” the original tweet says. In it, Trump is seen swinging a golf ball. Then Clinton is shown from behind boarding a plane and falling down.
Trump has been vocal about his displeasure of Clinton even after the election has ended. During the campaign, he referred to her as “Crooked Hillary” and encouraged his followers to “lock her up!” Pundits pointed to this retweet as his endorsement of escalating violence against his Democratic opponent.
“President of the United States fantasizing about inflicting violence on his defeated rival, the first female major party candidate for POTUS,” said Jeet Her of The New Republic.

The middle school teacher who was filmed repeatedly punching a neo-Nazi demonstrator at a 2016 protest claims standing up to fascists shouldn’t be against the law. “Standing up against fascism and the rise of Nazism and fascism in this country is not a crime,” Yvette Felarca told San Francisco’s KPIX outside court last week. “We have the right to defend ourselves.”
Felarca teached humanities at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in Berkeley, California. She is also a member of the activist group By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), which describes itself on its website as “a mass, democratic, integrated, national organization dedicated to building a new mass civil rights movement to defend affirmative action, integration, and the other gains of the civil rights movement of the 1960s and to advance the struggle for equality in American society by any means necessary.”
