A Canadian man who studied to become a pastor was arrested on charges of killing his wife and their two daughters, police said.
Clara Soledad Forman and her daughters, Karina Anne Forman and Yesenia Kate Forman, were found dead in their British Columbia home last Tuesday after having apparently been killed on Sunday, CTV Vancouver reported.
Jacob Daniel Forman, 34, who reportedly volunteered at a local church, is facing three charges of second-degree murder for the deaths.
Police have not said how Forman killed his family or why.
His daughters were only 7 and 8 years old and were homeschooled through the Heritage Christian Online School system, the Kelowna Daily Courier reported.
“We’re devastated by what’s happened,” said Sara Kraushar, the program’s head of school, in a statement to the Canadian newspaper.
“There are no words to express the grief that the friends and family of Karina, Yesenia and Clara are feeling,”
