In 2016, Daniel Shaver was shot to death by police. The officer who killed Shaver, Philip Brailsford, was recently found not guilty on charges of manslaughter, despite the existence of an incredibly graphic video of the incident, in which Shaver can be seen begging for his life. Now, Shaver’s wife is speaking about the incident, categorizing the slaying as “an execution.”

Five people were charged with murder after two Colorado teens were found dead along the side of a rural road, police said on Thursday.
Gustavo Marquez, 19, allegedly confessed to investigators that Natalie Cano-Partida, 16, and Derek Greer, 15, were kidnapped in March and shot multiple times by two other men at close range, the Associated Press reports.
Marquez reportedly said that one of his co-defendants, Diego Chacon, shot Cano-Partida, and another defendant, Marco Antonio Garcia-Bravo, shot Greer with the same gun.

Marquez was arrested a week after the killings, after an officer found him disrupting traffic while walking on a median. Marquez allegedly then told an officer that he had information about the teens.
