The body of college student Blaze Bernstein has been discovered after an exhaustive search had been executed following his disappearance. Now, information about the case is slowly being revealed.

“It’s going to take a lot of time to go through all the data they collected.” said Jeanne Pepper Bernstein, Blaze’s mother. “We are only just beginning. The world is a big place and we are hunting aggressively for answers.”
“The only thing I can think of is that maybe he was abducted,” Jeanne had said to NBC. “I can’t figure out why anybody

A Pennsylvania man was charged in the death of a Temple University student on Sunday, after her remains were found on property belonging to the suspect’s grandmother, People magazine reports.
Joshua Hupperterz, 29, was charged with the murder of Jenna Burleigh, 22, who had transferred to Temple only the week before. Hupperterz and Burleigh were seen last leaving a bar together at 2 am on Thursday, police said.
Hupperterz, a former Temple student, admitted to “elements of the crime,” said Philadelphia Police Captain John Ryan to reporters on Saturday night, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

At least 10 people were found dead in a tractor-trailer parked outside a San Antonio, Texas Walmart on Sunday. Dozens of undocumented immigrants were in the truck, many of them badly injured. They were discovered after a man in the truck asked a Walmart employee for water. The worker called police after bringing the man water, according to CNN.
Police found eight bodies in the 18-wheeler. Thirty-one people were suffering from various injuries. Many suffered heat strokes and face potential brain damage. A ninth victim later died at a hospital. The air conditioner in the trailer was not working, Yahoo! reported, and on Saturday, it was a scorching 100 degrees in Texas. Two of the people hospitalized are just 15 years old, a fire spokesman said.
At least 100 undocumented immigrants may have been in the vehicle at some point, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement acting Director Thomas Homan stated.

Lonnie Franklin Jr.’s reign of terror began in South Los Angeles in the mid- ‘80s and would span decades before he was finally caught with the help of groundbreaking DNA technology. Better known as the Grim Sleeper because of a supposed “break” he took from killing (although cops later disputed this theory), Franklin was convicted last year for murdering 10 women and attempting to murder one more. However, police say he may have killed upwards of 25 women in total. The Grim Sleeper is the subject of this week’s Martinis Murder.
A neighborhood mechanic who was 57 when he arrested, Franklin lived in a quaint bungalow with his wife of more than 30 years, all the while preying on vulnerable women who lived in or worked in his vicinity. He committed many of the murders at the height of the crack craze, when the deadly drug had ensnared many in what
