The suspected school shooter behind the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland on Valentine’s Day was no stranger to local police. According to court documents obtained by CNN.
Those emergency calls ranged from “mentally ill person” to “child/elderly abuse” to “domestic disturbance” to “missing person.” According to the court documents, details of those calls weren’t available and almost all of them are marked “no written report.”
Even the federal police were reportedly aware of Cruz.
Last fall, someone tipped off the FBI after a YouTube user with the name “Nikolas Cruz” posted a comment, “I’m going to be a professional school shooter” on a video, BuzzFeed News reported. In another YouTube comment, he allegedly wrote, “I whana [sic] shoot people with my AR-15,” “I wanna die Fighting killing sh*t ton of people” and “I am going to kill law enforcement one day they go after the good
Justin Timberlake has been criticized for not supporting the #TimesUp movement. As Billboard reported, actress Rose McGowan criticized the singer for what she described as “fake” support.
While appearing on “The View,” the actress and activist criticized “Hollywood fakery.” She noted that Timberlake shouted out the movement at the Golden Globes, while concurrently working with alleged predator Woody Allen.
“Then there’s Justin Timberlake hashtagging ‘my wife looks hot tonight #TimesUp,’” McGowan said of an Instagram photo Timberlake posted with his wife Jessica Biel. In it, he’s wearing a Time’s Up pin.
At least four people from three different states have claimed the body rightfully belongs to them. The issue is expected to be settled in a California court next week.
Those who are attempting to gain possession of the body include: a man who claims to be his grandson, a man who claims to be friend of Manson’s, and another duo, one of whom claims to be his son (who also claims to have a will instructing the body be handed over to him).
Before his death, Manson claimed to have no will or instructions about what should be done with his corpse. He also said
After partnering with Chinese investor Sean Liao, producer Keith Wright found himself embroiled in trouble. Wright had been given $10 million to create three movies, including the rom-com “Time Freak,” through the newly founded GTM Pictures.
Wright was quickly made into a target for Wendy Liao, Sean’s daughter, whom he claims aggressively attempted to court him.
“She consistently asked Mr. Wright out for lunch and dinner,” the sexual harassment suit reads.
“Ms. Liao also repeatedly purchased or offered to purchase gifts for Mr. Wright. These gifts – including a Hugo Boss watch, Adidas shoes, engraved Tiffany cufflinks, a Coach backpack – were never solicited by Mr. Wright and made him uncomfortable.”
A Yale University dean who was placed on leave in May over offensive reviews she posted on Yelp resigned on Tuesday.
Screenshots of June Chu’s Yelp reviews surfaced last month. In one review, she called movie theater workers “barely educated morons,” according to the Hartford Courant. In a review of a local Japanese steakhouse, she wrote: “If you are white trash, this is the perfect night out for you!” according to theAssociated Press.
A Yale official sent an email to the community calling such posts “reprehensible,” stating: “Let me be clear. No one, especially those in trusted positions of educating young people, should denigrate or stereotype others, and that extends to any form of discrimination based on class, race, religion, age, disability, gender identity, or
Miss Black Texas 2016 is claiming she was harassed and berated by a North Texas Police Chief who called her a “black b—-,” before being unlawfully detained and arrested.
According to an NBC affiliate in Texas, Carmen Ponder is calling for police accountability and wants charges filed against Commerce Police Chief Kerry Crews.
Ponder wrote on her Twitter account that she was driving to a Wal-Mart on Saturday when a truck cut in front of her car. She said the truck was driving erratically. Ponder said she turned on her blinker, pulled around to pass the truck and drove into the Wal-Mart parking lot.
According to Ponder, the truck driver followed her and pulled up next to her in the parking lot. She said the passenger, later identified as Crews, got out of his truck and yelled that he was teaching his 14-year-old daughter how to drive. Crews allegedly told Ponder that
Thought Blac Chynaand Tygawere getting along these days? Nah, not even. Despite how often the two are always talking about how peaceful things are between them, clearly there’s drama behind the scenes because Chyna just aired it all out.
Chy took to Snapchat this morning and spilled all the tea about her famous ex, calling him a “b*tch,” going off on him over not paying child support, and accusing him of cheating on both her and Kylie Jennerwith a man. She went off, you guys.
“It’s funny now to me!!! But when Tyga and side n*gga kicked me out!!! And they wanted to see me fail!” Chyna said, insinuating that Tyga cheated on her with a man. She then goes in on him over child support, writing, “And 2 grind from the dirt!!!!! No child support!”
