Nicole Brown Simpson’s sister Tanya Brown wasn’t impressed with O.J. Simpson’s “conflict-free life” comment that he made before a Nevada parole board on Thursday.
During the hearing, the disgraced football star said, “I’ve basically lived a conflict-free life.” He was soon after granted freedom, and he is expected to be released from prison as soon as Oct. 1.
“I’m like, really? You beat my sister, regardless of . . . murdering her and Ron [Goldman],” Brown told TMZ. “The fact is that my sister has diary entries dating back to, what, 1978 about abuse that was inflicted.”
She said she had to remind herself that the parole hearing was about the armed-robbery conviction and not the double murder accusations.
“In order for me not to get mad or get depressed or get anxious, that’s the mindset that I have to have — that this is the law,” Brown told Fox News. “It is what

Chris Brown may be in legal trouble again. The singer is being investigated in connection with an incident at a Florida nightclub, in which a photographer claims he was “sucker punched,” according to Fox News.
Tampa police spokesman Stephen Hegarty says that photographer Bennie Vines Jr. was hired by the AJA Channelside club at an event hosted by Brown. The photographer claims that when he was taking photos, the singer punched him and left the venue before authorities showed up. Vines refused medical treatment, but said that he is prosecuting over a minor lip cut.
The nightclub has confirmed the incident on its Facebook page. “Incidents like the ones caused by Chris Brown and his team are very sad to see,” it shared. “Assault charges were pressed and we are dealing with the proper authorities accordingly.”
Brown’s reps did not respond to Fox News to comment.

The Los Angeles Police Department is hoping to have a heart-to-heart with Chris Brown, and soon.
According to TMZ, the LAPD division that covers the San Fernando Valley neighborhood – where Brown lives – is at the end of their rope. Brown’s neighbors constantly complain about the rapper over everything from the noise level at his home to his reckless driving, drug use, and even assault. It’s unclear if that last one means Brown’s been assaulting people on his block, or if his neighbors are bothered by his history of assault – but either way, the entire neighborhood is tired of his antics.
“Chris is a chronic problem who takes up a tremendous amount of our resources,” a police source told the gossip site.

The Chris Brown vs. Soulja Boy fight was officially canceled a few weeks back, but that doesn’t mean the beef has been squashed — not in Soulja’s eyes, anyway. The rapper has continued to publicly take shots at Brown over what happened, even dissing him on stage last weekend, Hip Hop DX reports.
“Chris Brown backed out the flight like a little b*tch, man,” Soulja said during a show in Minneapolis. “He scared to get in the boxing ring with little ol’ me. I was gonna knock Chris Brown b*tch ass out, n—a.”
Brown responded in the comments section of an Instagram video of Soulja huffin’ and puffin’ on stage, explaining his point of view as well as telling fans what really went down.

A new profile on Chris Brown in Billboard makes some pretty wild allegations about his lifestyle, which is reportedly hampered by serious drug abuse that feeds his mood swings and anger issues. Billboard spoke with many members of Brown’s team, past and present, many of whom wanted to speak anonymously on the matter. They also spoke with several people who were happy to comment on Brown’s good side. Even with everything he’s done, it appears that Brown is capable of still making friends in some places.
“I don’t think he hates women,” one anonymous female former employee of Brown’s told Billboard. “He’s actually a very sweet, sensitive guy. But they’re an easy target and he’s a bully. It’s not just women — it’s everyone, and he can get away with it.”
So he targets women because they’re more susceptible to harassment and he just needs to harass.
