A class-action lawsuit has been filed against film mogul Harvey Weinstein. Following multiple allegations of sexual abuse and assault against the former The Weinstein Company head, Variety shares that six women have filed a class-action lawsuit in federal court in New York.
The six plaintiffs are: Louisette Geiss, Katherine Kendall, Zoe Brock, Sarah Ann Masse, Melissa Sagemiller and Nannette Klatt. “Harvey Weinstein is a predator. Bob (Weinstein) knew it. The board knew it. The lawyers knew it. The private investigators knew it. Hollywood knew it. We knew it. Now the world knows it,” the plaintiffs said in a joint statement.
“We have watched with horror, amazement, pride and gratitude in the last two months as women (and men) the world over have come forward

After run-ins with stalkers and robberies, the Kardashians want to protect themselves. Last night on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner go to a gun range to learn how to shoot. “We want to learn how to be comfortable with a gun,” Khloe says, per E! “We just want to protect ourselves.”
The decision isn’t something that all the sisters are behind. Despite being the victim of an armed robbery in Paris, Kim Kardashian is totally against her family having guns. She says that she wouldn’t feel comfortable having her small children in a home where a legal gun is kept. “I know Kim is so against us getting guns, but for Kendall and I, it is something we feel we need to do in order to sleep better at night,” Khloe says. “I think Kim will respect it more if she sees later how

Antonette Thevenin, a Grass Valley, California woman, was killed in an ATV accident while the driver was under the influence of alcohol, according to CBS.
Now, driver Carlee D’Arata faces manslaughter charges. D’Arata was a close family friend of the victim.
“Unfortunately, I don’t have any remorse for her right now,” said Trish Strom, Antonette’s mother. “Her going to prison is not going to bring my daughter back. But she gets to see her children when she comes out too … The fact that her and her husband have never come forward to say they’re sorry, not a card, not anything.”
“They just left her there,” Strom added.
“I know one thing, she gets to tuck her kids in at night for the last four months while my granddaughter cries herself to sleep for her mom,” Strom concluded.
Those close to the women involved in the accident say D’Arata has had a drinking problem for a while: “I

Blac Chyna got her restraining order against Rob Kardashian. According to TMZ, Chyna and her lawyers appeared in court today. As part of the order, Rob is not allowed to come near Chyna or cyberbully her, which includes posting photos, videos and personal info about her.
“I would like to thank the judge…I’m just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream,” said Chyna following the ruling. Chyna and Rob share a daughter Dream, who was born last year.
Attorneys Lisa Bloom and Walter Mosley, who represent Chyna, held a press conference after the ruling with their client. Bloom called the ruling a “total victory” and underscored that Rob leaking naked photos of Chyna was revenge porn, which she describes as a “form of domestic abuse…and a crime.”
Earlier, Rob went on a social media tirade in which he harangued Chyna for infidelity and posted what appeared to be naked photos of her.
