Disturbing Video Shows Teens Slamming Disabled Girl’s Head Into Table, Burning Her Hands On BBQ

Three teenagers have been implicated in the brutal assault of a disabled 17-year-old in Victoria, Australia. The incident is being described by police as “one of the worst assaults in 30 years.”

According to, two 15-year-olds and a 12-year-old tricked the disabled victim into going to a local Moe park, where they attacked her. The children posted video of the assault on social media.

The intellectually disabled teen had her face beaten, her broken phone smashed into her face, and her hands seared on a barbeque. She was also kicked and punched repeatedly.

The victim was taken to a hospital where she is expected to recover.

The victim’s mother has described the attack as “incomprehensible … The amount of times they pummelled her head into that picnic table is disgusting,” she said. “Her face is black and blue, she’s unrecognizable.”

17-Year-Old Captive Who Heroically Saved Her 12 Siblings Planned Escape For 2 Years

New chilling details have been released about the 13 malnourished brothers and sisters who were allegedly kept in captivity by their parents in their Perris, California home.

Police are now saying that the 17-year-old girl who fled the home plotted her escape for two years, the Associated Press reports. Apparently, she wasn’t the only one who escaped on Sunday. Riverside County District Attorney Mike Hestrin announced that another sibling escaped alongside her. However, that sibling retreated out of fear.

After the brave teen girl called 911 using a phone she took from her parents house, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department raided the home where they found “several children shackled to their beds with chains and padlocks in dark and foul-smelling surroundings” while the “parents were unable to immediately provide a logical reason why their children were restrained in that manner.”

Woman Accused Of Murdering Husband Allegedly Searched ‘How To Kill Someone And Not Get Caught’

You can Google anything, even how to get away with murder. According to People, a Texas woman allegedly searched for how to kill and get away with killing her husband.

Sandra Louise Garner, 55, from Maypearl, Texas, was charged with killing her 42-year-old husband Jon after authorities went through her browser history and found “how to kill someone and not get caught” on a seized device.

On January 2, Garner called 911 and claimed “she was awakened that night by two gunshots and saw a masked male holding a gun and flashlight inside her residence,” reported the Star-Telegram. According to Garner, the masked man said he would not hurt her, and his only issue was with her husband.

US Marshal Murdered, 2 Police Officers Wounded In Pennsylvania Shooting

A US marshal in Harisburg, Pennsylvania has been killed during a shootout that occurred while authorities served an arrest warrant. The news was confirmed by Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse in a statement, according to CBS News.

Christopher David Hill, 45, was an 11-year veteran of the US Marshals Service and father of two children. Two other officers were also shot, reported Penn Live.

The US Marshals confirmed that the gunman who shot at police was killed in the crossfire. CBS News indicated that the other shot officers are “OK” after the exchange of bullets, and they are currently being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The marshal died from injuries at a nearby hospital.

High School Student Posts Racist Instagram Photo Of Herself In Noose For MLK Day

Two underage students from Hurricane High School, located in Utah, are accused of posting a racist photograph on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The disturbing post showed a girl pretending to hang herself. The caption reads, “happy national n***** day.” An “X” was drawn over each of her eyes, supposedly to signal that she was dead.

Steven Dunham, Hurricane High School’s director of public relations, told KUTV that the students have faced consequences for their actions. The names of the students have not been revealed, and the details of their punishment have not been disclosed.

“We have a safe school’s policy and if they are not making other students feel safe in our own schools, in our own community, is significant in the punishments that they could face,” Dunham told the publication.

Jody Rich, principal of Hurricane High School, put out a video statement on his Instagram after the racist image was discovered.

Men Charged In Fraternity Hazing Death Of Pledge Whose Blood-Alcohol Level Was 6 Times The Legal Limit

Nine men have been charged in the hazing death of a Florida State University student. According to CNN, the nine are affiliated with the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, the organization that hosted the off-campus party where 20-year-old pledge Andrew Coffey died.

The men — Luke Kluttz, 22, Clayton M. Muehlstein, 22, Brett Birmingham, 20, Conner Ravelo, 21, Christopher Hamlin, 20, Anthony Petagine, 21, Anthony Oppenheimer, 21, John Ray, 21, and Kyle Bauer, 21 — have not been officially arrested. It is unclear if they have made official statements at this time.

On November 2, Coffey attended a party in Tallahassee called “Big Brother Night” at the frat house. The next day, he was found unresponsive without a pulse. Another Pi Kappa Phi pledge found him, and instead of reaching out to authorities, he reportedly texted five fraternity brothers. A law enforcement official told NBC News that the 13 siblings rescued in California over the weekend were only fed one rationed meal a day. That official also told NBC News that the brothers and sisters were only allowed to shower twice a year.

Sorority Sister Expelled From University After Posting Racist Instagram Videos On MLK Day

A sorority sister from the University of Alabama has been expelled after posting racist videos to Instagram on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Harley Barber, 19, posted one video in front of a bathroom, stating, “We do not waste water […] because of the poor people in Syria. I love how I act like I love black people…” The video soon devolved into racial slurs.

She posted a second video on Monday after people reacted negatively to her first racist video. In the second clip, she threatened people who wanted to report her account to her sorority, Alpha Pi, and then she said a racial slur repeatedly.

“I don’t care if it’s Martin Luther King Day. I’m in the South now, b****,” she said, as a group of girls around her giggled. One of her peers can be heard warning her not to post the video.

Suspected Serial Rapist Caught After Police Saw Victim Fall Out Of His Car

Police in Los Angeles have arrested an alleged serial rapist they have been trying to track down after they witnessed one of his victims fall out of his car. According to The Washington Post, police held a press conference on Wednesday, where they announced the arrest of 35-year-old Ferdinand Ervin Flowers of Long Beach.

“We believe we have the right predator off the streets who committed these horrible crimes,” Justin Eisenberg, LAPD chief of detectives, said at the news conference.

Flowers, a security guard, allegedly robbed a 19-year-old woman at gunpoint before trying to force her to have sex with him on Friday, according to The Washington Post. The brave woman fought him off and fell out of his car in plain sight of two police detectives, who happened to be in the area investigating that very case. Woman Allegedly Murdered Father Before Encasing His Remains In Concrete Inside Their Home

A woman living in a Denver suburb is accused of killing her 69-year-old dad and then sealing his body up in concrete inside the crawlspace of their home.

Dayna Michele Jennings, 44, of Federal Heights is currently being held without bond, according to NBC News. She is facing charges of first-degree murder for the killing of her father William Mussack.

Mussack was reported missing three days after Christmas. Last week, his body was found encased in concrete inside a crawlspace of the home he shared with his daughter, according to an affidavit by the Federal Heights police.
