Court Documents Reveal New Details In Rapper 6ix9ine’s Guilty Plea To Using A Child In A Sexual Performance

Earlier this year, critically celebrated rapper 6ix9ine, who also goes by the names Teka$hi 6ix9ine and Tekashi69, pleaded guilty to three felony counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance. The victim’s name is currently being withheld from the public. Now, court documents reveal a handful of details about case.

The charge 6ix9ine (legal name: Daniel Hernandez) is accused of is specifically defined as “the use of a child in a sexual performance if knowing the character and content thereof he employs, authorizes or induces a child less than seventeen years of age to engage in a sexual performance or being a parent, legal guardian or custodian of such child, he consents to the participation by such child in a sexual performance.”
