Roy Moore Was Banned From Mall For Soliciting Children Long Before Scandal Became Public

After the Washington Post broke a story on the alleged sexual misconduct of far-right Alabama politician Roy Moore, many locals began looking back at incriminating incidents that support the stories of the victims who claim that he courted them when they were children. Now, as a fifth accuser comes forward with even more allegations against Moore, Alabamans recall that Moore had allegedly been banned from The Gadsden Mall for attempting to solicit sex from teenagers.

Yesterday, a fifth accuser said that Moore had acted sexually inappropriate with her. According to the New York Times, Beverly Young Nelson discussed Moore’s attack on her at a press conference. She also detailed the ways he used his position as a prosecutor in Etowah County to intimidate her into silence.
