Prime-time’s true-crime offerings continue to grow. Oxygen, once a “women’s network” to rival Lifetime, has turned itself into an “all-crime, all the time” destination, home to original true-crime series (“Cold Justice,” “It Takes a Killer,” “Snapped” and “The Jury Speaks”) as well as procedurals. Tonight’s lineup consists of three consecutive episodes of “CSI.”

The NBC-owned network plans new series with familiar faces, including Soledad O’Brien, Nancy Grace and Ice-T, who will host “Ice Cold Murders.”

Oxygen is just catching up to rival ID in the true-crime department. On that network, once known as “Investigation Discovery,” things tend to be a tad more tabloid.
