Oxygen to Premiere Special 90-Minute Episode of ACCIDENT, SUICIDE OR MURDER

Oxygen Media, the destination for high-quality crime programming, wraps up the season of “Accident, Suicide or Murder” with a emotionally charged 90-minute special investigation into the death of 20-year-old Morgan Ingram on Saturday, May 18 from 6 – 7:30 pm ET/PT. The active investigation follows retired Cold Case Investigator Paul Holes, journalist Kelly Mclear and a team of seasoned crime experts as they re-examine the suspicious death of the Carbondale, Colorado resident.

Paul Holes said “I was drawn to the case of Morgan Ingram because the initial investigation left many stones unturned, from the stalking allegations to her initial death not being looked at as a homicide. Bringing a fresh set of eyes, we dug deep to find out what really happened to her.”

After Morgan Ingram was found dead in her bedroom in 2011, law enforcement closed her case as a suicide by overdose. Over the years, the Ingram family has

3 dead in apparent murder-suicide may have been in apartment for days: neighbor

MIDDLETOWN – The three people who were found dead after an apparent murder-suicide in an apartment building in Middletown may have been there for several days.

Monica Dickens, who lives in the same apartment building on the 100 block of South Union Street, said a smell began to fill the building yesterday, prompting another neighbor to call the police.

She thought it may have been an animal until the officers, who responded to the welfare-check call, knocked on her door and asked her if she heard any gunshots over the last few days.

“I didn’t hear anything,” she said, still somewhat surprised at what had happened.

Police have not yet released the names of the deceased. She said a man, woman and a child lived in the apartment.

“They were always fighting, and I would always hear yelling,” Dickens said. “But I never expected all of this to

Woman Waited For Husband’s Lover To Come Home, Shot Her, Then Committed Suicide

Jennair Gerardot knew her husband was having an affair, and in a series of texts, she told him explicitly what she was going to do about it – she was going to murder his lover.

She allegedly did just that, breaking into the other woman’s house and waiting, around 7 p.m. on Monday, Delaware Online reported.

Gerardot, 47, a former marketing manager, waited at Meredith Chapman’s with a gun, and when Chapman got home, she immediately shot her. Then, she shot herself, Radnor Township Police in Pennsylvania said.

Mark Gerardot was going to meet Chapman, 33, an assistant vice president at Villanova University, for dinner that night and got worried when she didn’t show up. That’s when he went to her house, police said. When cops arrived he was outside the house and said, “My wife may be inside.”

Bill Colarulo, superintendent of Radnor Township Police, told Delaware Online that the murder was not a

Aaron Hernandez’s Suicide Note To Fiancée Shayanna Jenkins …

When Aaron Hernandez was found dead in his prison cell on April 19, 2017 after hanging himself, authorities also discovered the former NFL star’s last words in three handwritten suicide notes. In the weeks following Hernandez’s death, a portion of one note — addressed to his fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins — was released in a legal filing by the prosecution.

At the time, prosecutors intended to use the suicide note to argue Hernandez’s first-degree murder conviction should not be vacated because of his death. As CNN reported, the annulment of his guilty verdict would “reward the defendant’s conscious, deliberate and voluntary act,” said the court filing.

Massachusetts, the state where Hernandez was tried, recognizes the legal principle of “abatement ab initio,” which allows courts to void convictions for defendants if they die before exhausting all their appeals. And in Massachusetts, first-degree murder convictions prompt an automatic appeal.

Prosecutors, however, were looking to

Mom Speaks Out About Bullying After 12-Year-Old Daughter’s Tragic Suicide At School

A mother is speaking out after her 12-year-old daughter committed suicide at school. According to NBC4, Stormiyah Denson-Jackson died on Tuesday of an apparent suicide at her boarding school in Washington, D.C. Her mother, Pat Denson, says that she had been bullied.

“She did tell me that a lot of kids would be bullying her, picking on her. And when she tried to tell the staff, they wouldn’t do nothing about it,” Denson said. “But when she reacted, they put her as the bully.”

The incident took place at The SEED Public Charter School of Washington. The girl’s body was found dead in her dorm room.

“I sent my baby there to learn, not to die,” the mother said. “I just can’t understand it.” She blames the school for not watching over the well-being of her daughter. “They supposed to look in the room and look on the bed to make sure that that child

Middle Schoolers Arrested For Cyberbullying 12-Year-Old Girl Who Committed Suicide

After the tragic death of a 12-year-old girl from Panama City Beach, Florida, two of her classmates have been arrested for cyberbullying, reported ABC News. Gabriella Green reportedly hanged herself on January 10, and police believe extreme bullying took place in the days leading up to her death.

Two 12-year-olds, a boy and a girl, have been arrested in connection with Green’s death, Panama City Beach officials stated in a news release. Their names haven’t been released, but the two suspects were interviewed by police after investigators examined several social media accounts and cell phones related to the case.

Both allegedly confessed to cyberbullying Green, and one suspect, the girl, allegedly admitted to starting rumors about her.

“Her actions consisted of starting rumors of the victim having sexually transmitted diseases, vulgar name-calling … and threats to ‘expose’ personal and sensitive details of the victim’s life,” a police report stated.

Teen’s Death Ruled Suicide By Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound, Loved Ones Remain Skeptical

A teen’s death has been ruled a suicide by gunshot. According to WTVR, 17-year-old Hannah Green’s death was ruled a suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the abdomen, per the Medical Examiner’s Office in Amelia County, Virginia.

Green was found dead on Saturday at a storage building. “The Amelia Sheriff’s Office received a report of a 17-year-old female with a gunshot wound to her stomach,” an Amelia Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said. “The victim was in a storage building at the property [in the Morefield Meadows subdivision]. The victim was conscious and able to talk to deputies before being transported, by ambulance, to Chippenham Hospital.”

Green died later at the hospital.

Her family has been skeptical of her suicide. “[There was] no indication that she would have done this to herself,” Tina Green, the victim’s stepmother, said. At the time, Green was living with her boyfriend. “We saw or spoke with her every
