Gypsy Rose Nick: A Love To Kill For will explore how the couple came to murder Gypsy’s abusive mother, Claudine “Dee Dee” Blanchard, with an exclusive first interview with Godejohn since his sentencing.
Snapped: Killer Couples is produced by Jupiter Entertainment, with Stephen Land, Allison Wallach, Todd Moss and Eric Wetherington serving as executive producers.

Oxygen Media, NBCUniversal’s true crime multi-platform network for women, will take viewers into the largest criminal investigation in Ohio’s history in The Piketon Family Murders.
Produced by MadWest Content and KT Studios, the two-hour special will delve into the 2016 massacre in Piketon, Ohio, where seven members of the Rhoden family, as well as Hannah Giley, fiancée to one of the victims, were found murdered.
In this tight and private community, rumors swirled about who was responsible for the killings, until this past November when a series of arrests placed four members of the Wagner family, a prominent Piketon family, were charged with first-degree murder. The special features interviews and insight from local community members, family, friends, local law enforcement and journalists, all of whom help tell the story of this massacre in its entirety.

True crime net Oxygen Media is prepping an investigative true crime series from executive producer Dick Wolf that will look at the dark world of contract killings.
Each standalone episode of Murder for Hire will feature a different case of undercover agents during a real-life sting and investigation operation as they attempt to catch the perpetrator and prevent a murder. The show explores how seemingly good relations can turn sour and the emotion surrounding an intended victim when they discover a hit has been taken on their life.
Murder for Hire debuts April 7 at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Oxygen.

U.S. true crime network Oxygen Media has dedicated three nights in May to the Critical Content-produced special The Case of: Caylee Anthony.
Airing on May 19-21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, the three-part limited series explores the disappearance and death of toddler Caylee Anthony. The child’s remains were found six months after she was reported missing, near her home in Orlando, Florida in December 2008. Her mother, Casey Anthony, was controversially acquitted of her murder in 2011.
A team of investigators and forensic experts, led by former NYC prosecutor, retired FBI supervisory special agent and profiler Jim Clemente and former New Scotland Yard criminal behavioral analyst Laura Richards, will reexamine the case with a new lens. Other criminal justice experts include former FBI special agent James Fitzgerald; FBI Special Agent Nick Savage, who worked Anthony’s reported abduction; and medical examiner Dr. Karl Williams.

NBC Universal-owned, crime-focused network Oxygen Media is examining the story of America’s first female serial killer in a two-hour television event.
Produced by Jupiter Entertainment, Snapped: Notorious – Aileen Wuornos will peel the curtain back on the trial of Wuornos, a sex worker who was convicted of murdering six men between 1989 and 1990 by shooting them at point-blank range.
While on trial, Wuornos had claimed self-defense, noting that the men she was accused of killing had raped or attempted to rape her while working as a prostitute.
Through exclusive interviews with key reporters, police investigators, and a trial juror, the project will investigate the complexities of the case, and whether Wuornos – who was executed by lethal injection in October 2002 – was afforded a just trial, or was a victim of abuse painted in an unfavorable light by an ensuing media frenzy.

Female-skewing crime network Oxygen Media is venturing into the mind of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in a two-night special.
Dahmer committed the rape, murder, and dismemberment of 17 men and boys in Milwaukee between 1978 and 1991, before confessing to the gruesome murders. Christopher Scarver, who was serving a life sentence for murder, would later bludgeon Dahmer and another inmate to death on a November morning in 1994.
Produced by Glass Entertainment Group, Dahmer on Dahmer: A Serial Killer Speaks features exclusive interview footage from investigative journalist Nancy Glass who had cultivated a relationship with Dahmer during his time behind bars, in which he discussed details of his life and crimes.
The two-night event will aim to shed light on the complicated murder investigation by offering an in-depth look at Dahmer through on-and-off-camera conversations detailing the convicted killer’s disturbing crimes in his own words.
