Jeff Sessions Appears To Have Martin Shkreli’s Wu-Tang Album

Martin Shkreli was sentenced to seven years in prison for securities fraud. With the “Pharma Bro” looking towards his prison sentence, there’s a big questions that music fans have wanted to know: Who now owns the Wu-Tang Clan album “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin,” which Shkreli famously purchased? In a new filing, the United States Department of Justice has ordered that Shkreli turn over the album to the United States government, according to Forbes.

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York is making Shkreli forfeit the album along with other expensive assets up to the amount of  $7,360,450: a stake in Vyera Pharmaceuticals, a Picasso painting, his copy of Lil Wayne’s forthcoming album “Tha Carter V” and $5 million in a brokerage account.

Representatives from the Department of Justice did not respond to a request for comment to Forbes. However, as the site points out from the filing:

‘Pharma Bro’ Martin Shkreli Bragged He Had 150 IQ. He Doesn’t.

Things just have not been going well for “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli.

In addition to having to fork over his one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang album, tests reveal that he may not be as smart as he claims to be. He allegedly bragged that a psychological examination would reveal that “I have a 150 IQ and no overt psychological issues,” according to CNBC.

According to that report, Shkreli claimed he was “going to enjoy the psych test results” and that the results would make “the press squirm.”

Shkreli may not have liked the results as much as he expected. The psychologist, Dr. David Salsberg, decided that Shkreli suffered “generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder and unspecified personality disorder” and that his actions were “consistent with a narcissistic outlook,” “faulty judgment,” “a sense of entitlement,” and “denial, and rationalization in order to preserve his self-image,” according to CNBC.

“Also salient is a seeming preoccupation with thoughts of

Potential Jurors Hate "Pharma Bro" Martin Shkreli, Think He’s A "Dick"

Martin Shkreli, the “pharma bro” who became infamous after greedily hiking up the price of a life-saving HIV/AIDS drug, is now on trial for a handful of charges related to fraud. Companies he worked for prior to the incident which garnered him nationwide hate claim that he operated a “Ponzi scheme” in which he used funds from one company to pay off personal debts, amongst other nefarious mishandling of finances. Now, The New York Post reports that prosecutors are having trouble picking jurors — because everyone seems to already have negatively formed opinions of Shkreli.

Prosecutors and defense lawyers have gone through 178 potential jurors, with some describing Shkreli as a “snake,” “evil” and a “dick.”

“The defendant is the face of corporate greed in America … You’d have to convince me he’s innocent,” one potential juror said during a sidebar.

Martin Shkreli’s Lawyer Tells Judge To Ignore His Trolling Tweets

Don’t believe everything Martin Shkreli tweets.

The 34 year old’s fraud trial begins next week and his lawyer is pleading with the federal judge not to take his client’s tweets seriously.

“Tweeting has become, unfortunately so fashionable, but it’s not always true,” said Benjamin Brafman, Shkreli’s lawyer, per Bloomberg. “When people tweet, they don’t always mean what they say.”

The controversial ex-drug exec’s tweets have come into question. He was in court Monday asking to reduce his $5 million bail to $2 million so he could use the remaining $3 million to pay for his defense and taxes, but prosecutor Alixandra Smith said that Shkreli has boasted about being a baller on social media.

According to the prosecution, Shkreli has claimed that he was worth $70 million and owns a Picasso, unreleased music by Lil Wayne and an “Enigma” machine from World War II. He’s publicly thrown his money around, even giving a random Princeton student
